Qualifications:
B.Com Honours Financial Accounting
Min of 3 years working experience within the Insurance industry.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for all Financial reporting.
Annual report, interim report, special reports (e.g. prospectuses etc.).
Reports to non-executive Directors.
Preparation of Financial Director’s report for review by FD.
Group consolidations.
Special reports as requested by Group MD.
Monthly Group Reports and subsidiaries reports.
Budgets, cash flows and forecasts.
Annual financial statements.
Tax, VAT and PAYE returns.
Systems of internal controls and safeguarding of assets.
CAPEX expenditure and authorisation.
