Key Responsibilities:
• Implement the training and development strategy , priorities and policies in line with unit people plan
• Effectively coordinate Leadership and Culture Change Process and Nestle Continuous Excellence (NCE) requirements
• Implement and drive performance management culture including Individual Development plans
• Assist line management with training needs analysis.
• Defines learning objectives and methodologies to fit with target audience needs.
• Develops learning content, present courses and evaluates effectiveness.
• Manages preparation, delivery and follow up of training activities in the area of responsibility.
• Engages and collaborates with relevant internal stakeholders.
• Delivers a good quality Workplace Skills Plan and implementation report
