Requirements
Min 5yrs courier industry experience in a management position( non negotiable)
Small Business Management Diploma or equivalent.
Good understanding of business protocol in relation to diverse cultures
Exceptional interpesonal skills.
General Management Experience such as running a business Unit or Division
Extensive Knowledge of the industry
Strong Financial Management ability
Strategic Management ability
Proven Customer Service and Sales ability
Knowledge of MyFocis
Knowledge of Industrial Relations aspects such as discipline,industrial action,etc
Good understanding of the macro business environment(competitor,economic,social,cultural etc)
