STD 10, Axapta would be advantageous, Excellent computer skills, good communication skills, must be well organized.
DUTIES:
Ensuring accurate capturing of customer orders on Axapta
Keeping track and checking that all the orders, official orders and tickets / kimbles are received.
Monitoring deliveries to ensure that customers receive their orders on time
Capturing orders, getting the distribution lists and kimbles in advance from the customers to ensure that there are no delays in deliveries
Sending off QA samples to the relevant customers.
Working together with shipping department to ensure on time delivery of indents to ensure fulfillment of customers needs
Informing sales representative and customers in advance of delays that are going to occur due to late indent deliveries thus ensuring that the rep or myself requests for an extension long before the time to avoid paying penalties due to late deliveries
Liaising with credit controllers when orders go over to held status and informing sales rep of any monies outstanding that needs to be paid before orders can be released for invoicing
Monitoring and following up on orders not yet invoiced on a daily basis – unregistered picking list report
Bringing any order queries under sales reps attention and ensuring that the reps complete the orders correctly
Assist customer care department in getting authorizations for collections (returns) and investigating the returns when needed
Reporting to management on all problem areas related to your brand
Doing bond requests to ensure adequate stock levels for sales rep to be able to provide quality service to the customer
Assist management and sales reps with any given task necessary
