Job Description

Experience and qualification needed;

 (commercial, personal, Motor and Non Motor claims handling)

  • Minimum of 60 FAIS credits – essential/ or Full qualification.
  • Fully FAIS compliant (120 credits) – highly advantageous
  • 3 or more years insurance exposure (both Multimark and Domestic an advantage)
  • Hands on experience in Motor AND Non-Motor claims essential.
  • Bilingual (read & write)
  • Efficient in word, excel and outlook
  • Understanding of a diary system
  • Be able to handle pressurised environment
  • Good people and telephone Skills
  • Must be a team player
  • Must be multi-skilled (commercial, personal, Motor and Non Motor claims handling)
  • Use own initiative

Responsibilities;

  1. Liasing with Brokers
  2. Processing of personal and commercial claims from beginning to end
  3. Obtaining insurance details
  4. Obtaining replacement quotes
  5. Appointing of investigator / assessor
  6. Authorisation of panelbeaters
  7. Processing payments on System A
  8. General Claims related administration
