QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:
Suitable candidates must possess the following minimum qualifications and skills:
- A N3 national diploma as a minimum
WORK EXPERIENCE:
Suitable candidates must have the following work experience:
- At least 5 to 10 years relevant estimating experience
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Successful candidate will be responsible for, but not be limited to:
- Price tenders of various values from initial enquiry to submission of Tender. (This must include measurement, documentation review, pricing, finalisation and preparation of tender documents)
- Be able to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines
- Be able to work independently and lead the tender process through interface balance of the tender team
- Have a strong understanding of the relevant contract terms and conditions
- Computer literate in Construction Computer Software (both Candy & Site Plan), as well as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
