"worst comapany ever"

I worked for this company for only two months and I couldn't even finish my 3 months probation, because of the management there. They treat you like seats and not humans, they dictate and control your working hours even when the contract states that working hours are from 8 to 5. You can even knock off at 6 or 7 when ever it suits them. What kind of a company does that and they run interviews everyday and there's training sessions every week 'cos people leave all the time. Working there was like being in hell and they're treated like a slaves, not a collectors. They even expect you to reach target every month, but the account they gave us to work on was just not workable and when you tell them about or come up with a solution they don't listen - instead, they give you warnings. And I'm talking about 1st, 2nd or 3rd warnings. They only give you a final warning for any offence. I once got one just for being late. Well I'm done with Bruma and I don't have any regrets leaving.
