The Western Cape’s biodiversity conservation is sought for by Cape Nature. They achieve this through various programs including Local Economic Development and Community-based Natural Resource Management, Environmental Crime Investigation, Eco-tourism Development, Fire Management, Stewardship, Youth Development and Wildlife management.
