Cape Town Tourism’s responsibilities involve destination marketing, industry and visitor services and is the City of Cape Town’s solemn regional tourism company. Their aim is to encourage, to engage, to enhance, to establish and to optimize tourism within and around around Cape Town. Their executive team consists of four people, and their are constantly new faces moving in and out, learning and teaching, gaining experience and providing opportunity. They aim at doubling tourism’s economic impact by the year 2020 as well as to increase their memberships above the 2,500 members that they currently have.
