The Caviar Group is a restaurant group based in South Africa with restaurants in both Durban and Cape Town. Their restaurants include; Beluga a four hundred seater signature restaurant which boasts an amazing team of sushi chefs, waiters, hostesses, chefs and managers. Sevruga, which opened its doors in 2006 and has been busy ever since, features amazing glass, solid American walnut walls, a show kitchen, sexy bar and a signature temperature controlled wine wall. The Group’s restaurants offer a wide selection of sushi, dim sum, seafood and à la carte menus, as well as wine and cocktails. They work with a core ideology that needs of the guests always come first and a fanatical dedication to exceed expectations. They offer services that range from something as simple as assistance with menu development to a complete turnkey operation. I am working for the caviar group as a headwaiter and I am enjoying every minute of it. It's the first fine dining restaurant that I have ever worked for. With the experience and confidence that I have gained in the industry I would inform people that this is the place to be, day in and day out. We work as a team from cleaner to GM. We know our guest by name, to their drinks before they even order. This is so wonderful for me. I wish us well for the future and I know that from good to great we will move, not just for us, but for our guest,who are number one. Caviar team, we are the best.
