A really great company with really great brands and a lot of dynamite employees, but Distell has a long way to go when it comes to empowerment and transparency to said employees. Management style shockingly conservative. Stifling working environment unless you're happy to simply process directives from the top. Lip-service paid to entrepreneurship. Autocratic top management corroding middle-management confidence in them making any innovative or beneficial decisions for the company. Feels like school, in fear of the Head-Master, except I'm over 35!
