Established in 1993 Fruit & Veg City is a family company started by brothers Brian and Mike Coppin. The company is a fruit and vegetable marketplace, where farmers bring their fresh produce to be sold to the public. Fruit and Veg City has, since its inception, been operating with emphasis placed in values such as wholesomeness, trust, honesty and integrity. The company has grown and has to date constantly satisfied its customers with freshness and wholesome of its products at affordable prices. Moreover they have maintained close relationship ties with the people they work with including farmers, customers and employees for the growth of the business. Fruit and Veg City’s first store opening was in Kenilworth, Cape Town however the store to date is operating in more than 100 Fruit & Veg City stores throughout Southern Africa and has expanded in Australia and the Middle East.

Foodlover's market is a large franchise company that provides fresh fruits and vegetables to its customers. It cares for its customers. They offer them discount on orders, pensioners discount once per week, provides training to its staff and provide training to matriculants during weekends. I have been working for the company for two and half years since its opening.
