This company should be investigated for its labour practices. If you do not confirm and do not work additional hours you are accused of being disloyal and no commitment to business. Several employees have been forced to take 'packages' in 2014 and asked to leave within 24 hours. If you challenge them you will loose any financial package and still be forced to leave or faced with severe legal action and be in 'bullying' environment. Their employee values is miles apart from reality. There is no stability in the company who is threating with pending retrenchments for 5th year in a row. If you are a minute late you will enter into disciplinary process, however any overtime worked or additional hours over weekends will not be taken into account.
