I work for Mantis for a period of almost five years now as I never had any problems with my managers or my seniors. Mantis is the best company to work for, cause they allow their employees to explore or to grow within or outside the company. As a guard now, based in Pretoria, previously based in Johannesburg, I really enjoy working for the company as there is no oppression from members. I would also recommend others to join mantis, reasons being, every member knows his/her duties, no other person have to follow other people. Again, the uniform is smart and formal, it looks more professional. From the cleaners to top management, all staff members are friendly and kind to every member, regardless if you are a guard at a lower level. It is a multiracial company, cause it accommodates every culture. It's a rainbow nation. I would say Mantis is the best security company I have ever worked for. The director of the company also care for his staff members, especially the guards who work day and night.
