Metropolitan Health (MH) is a subsidiary of JSE-listed MMI Holdings, and is the largest administrator of medical schemes in South Africa. Ensuring the resolution of client queries and aim to achieve first call resolution Maintaining the goodwill of the company by upholding the SLA standards Investigating queries where necessary and provide timeous feedback to the member Interpreting the query and determine appropriate path of resolution Escalating queries where necessary to ensure member satisfaction Accurate logging of information for statistical reporting purposes Answering calls from members and service providers to confirm benefits and assist with queries First call resolution for resolving member and service provider queries Take ownership of all queries and ensure that they are resolved timorously and effectively. Complete documentation as per departmental guidelines in order to meet client needs.
