Primi World was created in 1995 by Peter Castle and Cesco Zanasi. Today, it is a popular South African reastaurant brand called Primi Piatti. Currently there are 35 PRIMI Piatti franchised stored; these in clued Botswana and Namibia, 5 Primi Caffe Stores and 2 Primi Xpress stores. PRIMI restaurants, with a flamboyant and exuberant atmosphere, serve quick and dramatically flavorful meals throughout the day. PRIMI have three franchise concepts: 1.PRIMI Piatti- A trendy afro-centric brand known to be a fine dining family restaurant. Founded in 1991, it is inspired by Italian tradition but also influenced by the Cosmopolitan present. 2.PRIMI Caffe- Evolved from the success of PRIMI Piatti concept, the European chic Caffe concept introduces a range if exciting eating experiences. 3.PRIMI Express- PRIMI Xpress is inspired by technological innovations and international architectural layout. It has been modeled to efficiently operate and produce fast meals in less than 100m2 spaces.

"Primi serves wonderful food "

This is a company with a daily staff turnover, it takes a lot of energy and passion to keep up the great standard of service and food with that kind of handicap. This is how it is done: some key staff are generously looked after, the only price they have to pay is loyalty and silence when the going gets tough. If you are looking for a stable, moderated, reasonable environment, this is not the employer for you. This is all about uncontrolled passion over which is thrown a veneer of corporate identity.
