I work in the operations department of Sika. When I started working here, I came with the intention of growing within the company. Career growth was my main objective. However, at Sika, there is no room for career growth. If you want to be in a senior position, you'll have to walk into the position instead of grow within the position.

Sika is a well rounded company to work for. They are very customer orientated. Staff are well taken care of and offered opportunities to study further, but there is no scope for improvement as all seats are taken.
