JOB PURPOSE: Provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to achieve sales goals and maximize customer satisfaction. Find potential customers and increase sales projects, through cold calling and following up on leads. Manage the sales project from initial customer contact, research products, pricing and availability of resources to generate quotations and liaison with Director and Technical Manager on all details pertaining to the project. As well as the Final hand-over to the client, and training.

KEY FUNCTIONS:
• Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential customers and other trade factors.
• Establish customers' needs and explain and demonstrate products to them, which involve providing technical descriptions of products and how it can be used.
• Arrange a schedule of visits to major potential buyers by contacting key people and making appointments.
• Establishes feasibility and best solutions for the customer in collaboration with the Technical Manager regarding planning, lay-out, device / equipment overview and cost structures.
• Primary responsibility is to increase sales of products and services sold, by means of extraordinary customer service, product demonstrations, and sales management.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
1. 5 – 8 years sales experience ( technical understanding a bonus)
2. Proven Sales experience with a strong track record
3. Self-starter with entrepreneurial work ethic
4. Friendly and confident manner with a pleasant personality, and able to work without direct supervision.
5. Prospecting Skills, Negotiation and Closing ability, able to clearly present product and service information Product Knowledge and Presentation skills. (Training will be provided)
6. Excellent customer relationship skills, Must be able to liaise with Client at all levels.
7. Ability to build and manage sales pipeline with new account discovery through sales calls
8. Flexibility to work long hours, nights or weekends to close the deal.
9. Persistence being able to bounce back if you lose a sale will be key for
this job.
10. Computer literate. Must be fluent in English and Afrikaans (A Bonus)
