The Package: 
* Salary dependent upon experience R7k to R12k CTC per month
* 22 days annual leave

What Does a 1st Line Support Engineer Do?
  • You will work with your colleagues to provide the best ‘Service Obsessed’ customer service to all of our clients
  • You will be troubleshooting, installing, maintaining and supporting a wide range of SME IT systems, typically for 10-100 users
  • You will have a ‘hands on’ problem solving approach; solving problems within strict SLA timeframes
  • Work on cases remotely via phone, email and Internet 
  • Hardware, software, desktop, network and infrastructure support 
  • You will work from our beautiful offices in the Cape Town city centre! 

So, Am I Right for the Job?
  • At least one year experience of providing IT Support in a commercial environment 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Experience supporting Microsoft software (Office, Exchange, Active Directory, Server etc)
  • Formal IT qualification, ideally MCSE/MCITP or multiple MCPs massively advantageous but not a deal breaker
