SCOPE OF SERVICES
• Development, Enhancement, Implementation and Support of the SINJANI Health Web-based Solution using WCG standard development tools;
• Quality assurance of the products developed in response to the User Requirement Document. This includes Application Testing to ensure that the application meets the requirement and is of suitable form fit and function;
• Provide technical assistance and direction to peers;
• Provide training and skills transfer to permanent and contract staff as required;
• Performance tuning of SQL and stored procedures;
• Troubleshooting;
• Designing and running PL/SQL queries;
• Setting up transaction log backups;
• IE Browser Compatibility Testing
• Apply Rich Internet application techniques
• Design FACT Tables and Dimensions
