Job Responsibilities

* Leadership of a team of designers, developers and content managers

* Scheduling of projects and tasks using in-house developed software

* Traffic management

* Client liaising (acquisition, maintenance)

* Weekly status meetings and pulse reporting

* Completion of all projects in terms of quality control

* Project process flow and timeline generation

* Digital marketing knowledge (SEM, SEO, PPC etc.)

* Estimation and quoting on projects

* Purchase order procurement and invoicing

* Costing analysis and workforce efficiency measurement

* Induction and skills development of new employees

* General management of production/operations

* Eye for detail

* Up to date with the latest trends in Web & Interaction design

* Passion for Digital

* True sense of ownership on projects

Requirements

Experience Required

* Four+ years relevant experience

* Web and multimedia project management

* Website design and development

* Website information architecture/content styling

* Search engine optimisation principles and best practice

* CMS-based website management

* Web-based business networking

* Internet

* Database management (Access, basic SQL)

* Microsoft Office (all programs)

* Driver's License
