KPI’s

Investigate and resolve infrastructure incidents
Submit and implement infrastructure changes
Assist with the implementation of projects
Perform proactive maintenance, health checking and performance management
Identify areas/tasks that can be automated and implement solutions/scripts to carry out these tasks.
Use ITSM toolsets for tracking all work progress
Provision virtual and physical servers, as per customer specifications, within agreed SLA’s.
Liaise with UK based server provisioning administrators
Use ITSM toolsets for tracking all work progress

Requirements

Minimum 4 years support experience on Microsoft software
Minimum 2-3 years Windows 2003/2008 administration
Server hardware management
VMware ESX 4/5
MCSE/MCITP
VCP or CCA/CCP
BMC Remedy/BMC BladeLogic (Advantageous)
Citrix XenApp 5/6 (Advantageous)
