IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST ABLE TO START ON 1ST AUGUST 2018 AND RELOCATE TO UK WITH LITTLE/NO CHALLENGE OF STAYING AWAY FROM HOME (SA) FOR UP TO 1 YEAR

Job Objective
• Open 250 new Nimue salons in the UK.
• Understand, and act in accordance with, the Nimue brand strategy.
• Be a trustworthy, professional, passionate and respected brand ambassador at all times.
• Ensure passionate, prepared, structured and professional deliverance of strategy with the outcome of increased sales and salon openings.
• Building effective and mutually beneficial relationships with all partners (company employees, management, distributors, salon owner and management, therapists, education institutes).
• Being a trustworthy, passionate, skilled and respected brand ambassador contributing to the brand philosophy.

Key Responsibilities
• Work closely with the Nimue Marketing team on the roll out of Project Diesel, with a testing and learning mindset.
• Track Project Diesel progress and report back to Marketing team regularly.
• Understand and communicate the overall Nimue brand offering to its customers and salons.
• Proactively look for new and exciting opportunities for potential business growth and salon openings.
• Actively monitor competitor activity (new business activities, marketing and pricing) and recommend required action.
• Supporting the distributor at industry events, launches and Trade shows with the focus on salon openings, increasing sales and increasing brand awareness and understanding.
• Ensure consistent interpretation of brand objectives and strategies.
• Responsible for building strong relationships with Nimue’s International distributor (Sweet Square) and assisting them grow their Nimue businesses, salon openings, Education and sales strategies.
• Successfully project manage and land 250 new salon openings.
• Analysis and report on consumer behaviour, interest, pricing and skin needs.
• Timeous communication to key stakeholders.
• Assist with promotional activity on Nimue.
• Manage and execute the brand activity calendars for Nimue and S2.
• Proactively look for new and exciting opportunities for potential business growth and salon openings.
• Passionate, professional, well prepared and structured preparation and delivery on all brand, presentations and meetings.
• Aim to influence brand awareness and sales through education & marketing.
• Supporting the relevant departments & end consumer at industry events, launches and Trade shows with the focus in salon openings, increasing sales, brand awareness, education and delivering the brand philosophy in an understandable format.
• Presenting and speaking at conferences, seminars and salon events.
• Effective education delivery.
• Effective educational administration processes in line with S2 and Nimue International.
• Drive and assist with Nimue Introduction, Nimue retail/refresher, Nimue Practical refresher and up skill education in-house and at distributor offices.
• Education planning, preparation and research when and where necessary.
• Monthly touch base time with Nimue, distributors, educators, clients and salons.
• Weekly skype meeting with Nimue International sales and education manager.
• Attend and participate in all relevant distributor meetings.
• Managing budgets.
• To ensure you’re calling cycle is always planned a month in advance.
• To ensure that you reach your monthly targets and that you come with ideas and strategies to ensure that you’re targets is being reached with all tools equipped to be able to reach you’re targets.
• To ensure you reach your minimum cold calling targets per month / year as supplied by management.
• Difficulties and challenges is being reported to your direct line Manager.
• Ensure company property is being looked after and that you stay within your monthly or yearly budgets and if you are authorized to increase you’re budget to ensure you get approval from management on mail or in writing.
• Reporting back to Nimue International and distributor on any losses or threats to the company within 24 hours of acknowledgment.


Minimum Requirements:

• B.Comm degree / IMM Diploma/3 year Somatology Diploma
• 4 years classical marketing/sales/education experience (Skincare industry experience)
• Must have a basic understanding of marketing and strategic principles
• Experience working with international markets would be advantageous
• Proven brand management and portfolio experience
• Commercial acumen
• Strategic thinking and operational excellence
• Ability to network and influence to achieve results
• Must have the ability to communicate at management level.
• Must be self-motivated and require minimal supervision
• Must be a natural leader and have the desire to grow and mentor others
• Must enjoy working in cross-functional project environments with tight deadlines and high pressure
• Excellent negotiation skills

Operational Effectiveness:
• Following company policies and procedures, represent the Nimue brand.
• Required reports to be submitted on the last office day of each month to relevant departments
• Comply with KPA’s
• Effective time management
• Ensuring the correct delivery of the brand philosophy and CI
• All Human Resource matters to be discussed with relevant Human resources partner: Roxanne Conradie
• Emails to be read and replied to within 24 hours
• Telephonic and e-mail availability to clients, employees and management during stipulated working hours.
• Responsible for monthly claims and always adhering to budget specifications.
(Claims to be submitted on the last working day of each month with relevant supporting documentation.
• Taking responsibility of the educational area and education material used
