APPOINTMENT REQUIREMENTS

•Gr 12 + tertiary qualification in hospitality
& tourism

•Impeccably groomed

•Excellent interpersonal skills – comfortable in
dealing with very distinguished clientele

•Excellent communication skills

•Professional demeanor, portraying warmth,
helpfulness & care for every guest that visits the restaurant

•Excellent telephone etiquette

•Driver License + own transport

•Must reside in Stellenbosch to be considered for
this vacancy

KPA’S

•Restaurant reservations

•Welcoming guests to restaurant

•.Answer enquiries regarding all Estate services by telephone and in person.

•Attending to guest complaints.

•To organize the safekeeping of the guests jackets or other possessions,
especially winter coats & umbrellas

•Provide info to guests re tourist attractions and activities in the area

•Communicate VIP visits to waiters & managers

•Pre-empt all guests needs by ensuring all guest expectations are exceeded

Hospitality hours apply, 5 day workweek, 2 days off

Salary: R6 760. 00 gross pm + tips
