5* Sandton Hotel are looking to appoint a Reception Supervisor to supervise and monitor the Front Office operations ensuring that internal and external standards and procedures are continuously achieved and that the customer service provided on check-in and check-out of the Hotel is professionally executed.Grade 12, Hotel School Diploma and Supervisory qualification is preferred. Must have experience in the hospitality industry and at least 2 years experience in Front Office/Guest Relations environment. Must be able to work shifts.
