Requirements:
• Matric qualification and a recognized hospitality qualification will be an added advantage
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience preferably in a 5 Star Hospitality environment
• Must be computer literate and be proficient in the MS Office package. Experience in Opera will be an added advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle stressful and conflict situations well
• Exceptionally presented and well-groomed appearance
• Must be a great team player
Responsibilities:
• Liaison with guests
• Provide general hotel and promotional information
• Attend all hand over meetings, receive and maintain floats.
• Check VIP status and rooms
• Action all relevant traces
• Monitor the resolution of guest complaints
• Action all reports
• Check in and check out of guests
