Waiter must have:- fine dining experience, excellent written/verbal communication skills, be familiar with all waiters’ duties, good wine techniques/knowledge, have bar/menu service knowledge. Abilities: Must be able to get along with fellow colleagues and guests, be able to work under pressure and for long hours.Barman must have:- min 2 years experience in a similar position within a four or five star hotel, preferably experience working in cocktail bars, Matric Certificate. Abilities: Must be able to prepare cocktails, be able to prepare the Bar for service, cash up, daily stock takes & balance stock, have good communication skills in English, be friendly and have good people skills, be able to work under pressure.Photo and written references to accompany application.
