Qualification:
Tertiary qualification (with Finance/Accounts) will be advantageous

Skills & Experience:
Basic understanding of the Private Client business and the stock-broking environment
Experience within a financial services industry is essential

Job Description:
The successful incumbent will be responsible for:
Preparation of investment forms & instructions
Load EMX trades for approval
Capturing of transfer instructions on ABSA Global and CMS applications for approval
Monitoring & clearing transactions on bank recons
Forward instructions to CST & ensure the execution thereof
Verify and update executed trades into spiPod application
Monitoring of updated trades against trade confirmations received
Investigate & Clear import exceptions
Monitor daily reports
Updating of transactions into the Portia application
Update applicable departmental spreadsheets
Reconciliations
Assist with month end duties (fees / invoices)
