A well-established National Retail Market leader in automotive/parts sector with the Head Office based in Linbro Park area seeks an individual with good numeracy and communication skills who will be responsible for the Finance and Administrative cash controls relating to the branches which have been allocated to the Branch Accountant.

Qualifications & experience:
• Post Matric certificate/tertiary qualification is essential
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position
• Prior experience management of staff will be added advantage
• Good numerical skills
• Ability to multi task
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Computer literacy including spreadsheets
• Good communication skills
• Deadline driven & able to work under pressure

Duties & responsibilities:

• Analyse, investigate & prepare management accounts
• Branch processing
• Financial controls and reporting for PIA branches
• Day end reports and cash controls
• Bank reconciliations, general ledger reconciliations
• Budget, input required for imperial schedules
• Cashbook and general ledger reconciliations experience.
