A well-established National Retail Market leader in automotive/parts sector with the Head Office based in Linbro Park area seeks an individual with good organizational and co-ordination skills who will be responsible for assisting in the co-ordination and administration department in the franchise.

Qualifications & experience:
• Grade 12/Matric certificate is essential
• Marketing Diploma or equivalent
• Motor Industry Experience
• Must have advanced MS Excel, MS Word and MS Power Point Skills
• Technical skills regarding Auto Electrical and Diesel would be an advantage
• Good administrative & communication skills
• Must have good organizational & co-ordination skills

Duties & responsibilities:
• To assist co-ordination and administration in the franchise office thereby ensuring timeous delivery of franchisee requirements
• Assist with ACD Promotions
• Liaise with customers & franchisees.
• Take instructions telephonically and work to strict deadlines
• Must be able to work accurately under pressure
