Large National Beverage Company are inviting applications for the above mentioned position to be based in New Germany, Coastal Regional Office. The successful incumbent will report to the Regional General Manager and will be responsible for the sales regions of the Eastern Cape, Kwa-zulu Natal and Swaziland.Key Performance Areas would include, but are not limited to:Your Strategic and Financial Focus will be to achieve set volume and gross income targets for your on trade territory.To achieve Operational Results by executing sales processes and the application of the 4A’s (Accessibility, Availability, Affordability and Activation).To focus on Customer and Relationship results by determining customer needs.Leadership behaviour reflecting Company values, corporate governance and team orientation.Providing timeous feedback to team and internal customers on areas for improvement on efficiencies, competition activities or any burning issue requiring quick solutions.Implement and optimising regional sales strategies and grow the market share.Plan, Organise & Control Sales Strategies in support of corporate and segment objectives.Contribute to problem solving, innovation and continuous business improvement.Must be competent in setting clear goals and planning sales activities.Ensure adherence of company policies, systems and practices.Professional communication, behaviour and actions resulting in a high level of credibility, trust and respect amongst all stakeholders.Operational Excellence and sales force effectiveness are implemented in region.The successful candidate must preferably have the following qualifications/experience/skills:A formal tertiary qualification (Degree/Diploma) in Sales/Marketing/Retail with a sound understanding of financial concepts and profitability analysis.Relevant Sales & Marketing experience.Strong communication and above-average presentation skillsDecision- making and project management skills advantageousUnderstand and execute the Sales processesGood product knowledge across all segments - Wine, Spirit and RTDsStrong negotiating and influencing skillsFlexible and able to operate in a diverse marketMust have the ability to develop customer relationshipsMust be able to identify opportunities for improvement and changeThe ability to build and maintain strategic business partnershipsMust be innovative and self-drivenEstablish winning trade relationshipsThe ability to perform a needs analysis for all sales teams in the region
