Knowledge/Education
Qualified Artisan/AA Sliding Head Auto Setter
Previous experience in a high-volume precision mechanical engineering environment is essential.
Various Single and Multi-Spindle Auto machines experience (5 years) - MULTI SPINDLE MACHINES, CNC AUTOMATIC LATHES, SCREW MACHINES, and CNC MULTI SPINDLE LATHES
Experience gained in a mechanical engineering workshop environment

MUST HAVE MANUFACTURING ENVIRONMENT EXPERIENCE
Valid SA ID Book

Key Function:
Ensure machines are set and maintained for production components
Quality control
Instruct Operators in the operation of the respective machine process prior to full operation of the machine under minimum supervision
Minimise scrap
Corrective action
Maintain good housekeeping
