AA22335- A brand new restaurant opening 1 August 2015 in Pretoria.This restaurant is Opening on the 1st of August 2015. (Ideally looking to have most senior chef in place by mid July when cooking begins). The Restaurant was bought as an existing entity and has been totally revamped and now has brand new kitchen equipment. The restaurant is looking for an entire kitchen opening team starting from Executive Chef Level downwards. This will be a full service restaurant offering Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Service. Previous experience essential within a similar fine dining environment.Prue Leith Professional Cookery/Culinary Arts Diploma is preferred. (Or Similar Fine Dining Qualification)This candidate needs to have the following skills: Exceptional Attention to detail. Experienced in high quality fine dining cuisine. Talented with presentation and cooking. Relevant Job experience according to level applying for. Senior Chefs must have Kitchen Management and Kitchen Administration experience (Costing, Menu Planning, Stock Control, Training, etc). Driven and dedicated.Benefits are negotiable
