Developers and commercialism of technologies, they build and operate world-scale facilities to produce a range of product streams. As one of the country’s largest investors in capital projects, skills development and technological research and development, they are listed on the JSE Limited in South Africa and on the New York Stock Exchange in the US.

Minimum Requirements:
? ABAP Certified.
? Must be experienced ABAP Developer
? At least 5 years in current position as;
o Team Lead of ABAP developers
o or as Senior ABAP Developer.
? Must have experience in managing an off-shore development group.
? HANA certified will be an advantage.

The ADAP Team Lead will be expected to:
? Have extensive knowledge of ABAP programming for Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms and Workflows.
? Be proficient in Designing, Testing and Documenting solutions.
? Co-ordinate the work the development team, both onsite and off-shore by:
o Quality assurance of work performed
o Monitoring of development progress
o Assisting with problem solving
o Assisting Functional teams with requirement clarifications.
o Producing status reports for Management.
o Prioritization of work.
o Resolving issues raised by the development team.
