Qualification:

BCom or BTech Accounting or other relevant qualification



Skills & Experience:

Minimum 8 - 10 years’ experience working in a finance department

Construction / Building Industry experience preferable

Experience in maintaining Trust Records and drafting Trust financials

Essential experience of administering trusts

Strong attention to detail

Excellent time management skills

Exceptional financial management skills



Job Description:

Maintaining all Trust Records (Trust Deed, Letter of Authority, Master’s certificates).

Drafting, sending and collecting Resolutions for Trustees.

Administering the Appointment and Resignations of Trustees.

Liaising with the Master of the High Court.

Drafting Trust Financials.

Understand and be competent with various accounting systems.

Prepare and submit monthly reconciliation for various funds.

Invoice and follow up payments thereof.

Payments of salaries and wages.

Liaison with Auditors and dealing with bank issues.

Ensuring money is collected and banked in correct bank.

Submission of SARS requirements timeously.
