Account Clerk – Montague Gardens Cape Town

Our Manufacturing Client in Montague Gardens is looking for an Account Clerk, person must be experienced in Excel with some experience in PASTEL or SYSPRO an added Advantage.

Salary Up to R 11500 CTC (Pension included in the CTC)

Min Requirements
• Matric
• Qualification and added advantage but not a must
• Experienced in Accounting Software, PASTEL, SAP or QuickBooks
• Experience in Syspro Accounting / Office and added Advantage
• 2-3 Experience as an Accounts Clerk / Junior Bookkeeper / Accounts Administrator
• Proficient and experienced in EXCEL

Job Requirements
• Posting Journals – Syspro
• Ordering Stationery
• Handle Petty cash (up to R10,000)
• Make out ad-hoc purchase orders
• Capturing invoice on Syspro
• Debtors / Creditors – Syspro
• Cashbook postings – Syspro
• Ad-hoc tasks as it happened in the admin department
