This position requires 10 or more years of related experience with Strong commitment to ethical quality service, good report writing skills and good communications skills.

DUTIES:

Day to day work will include dealing with all aspects of Portfolio Management for the Corporate Client, including managing contract issues, strategic growth, managing team performance and reporting progress back to the management team.

The role may involve liaison with our partner teams/offices.

REQUIREMENTS:

A tertiary qualification (eg, Honours degree) is expected

Membership in related professional organisations such as RICS is useful but not essential.

Good understanding and experience of property service delivery in South Africa/Africa.

Appreciation of international business ethical standards
