Our client, a leader in the Property Marketing field, is looking for an experienced and skilled Account Manager to be based in Nelspruit in Mpumalanga.
WHAT THEY DO - Our client is a multi-side marketing property platform that presents property listings, news and advice to property shoppers
and charges real estate professionals to market to that audience. It does this by presenting relevant property content though custom
designed and developed applications and web platforms. We are part tech company, part media channel and part content publisher.

Account Manager Hybrid (Virtual Tours & Sales) – Mpumalanga

SALARY:
Basic, attractive commission structure, Cell Allowance, 3G Allowance, Travel & Fuel
Allowance, Branding Allowance (after three months)

Key Responsibilities
• Maintaining and increasing sales of Private Property products
• Reaching the targets and goals set for your area
• Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
• Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole
• Developing sales strategies and setting targets
• Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
• Compiling and analysing sales figures
• Collecting customer feedback and market research
• Keeping up to date with products and competitors
• Liaise with Private Property Virtual Tour team to book, compile and list the Virtual Tours
• You will be required to conduct Virtual Tours for our customers (taking a number of high quality photographs and floor
plan for properties)
Key Requirements
• Valid Driver’s license and own vehicle
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Good business sense
• The ability to motivate and lead a team
