Job Description:
Account Executive

The Account Executive is responsible for generating school leads and sales. The role also requires the Account Executive to manage and maintain the company's school customers and increase revenue from existing schools.
Revenue Growth:

? Generate new business (new accounts) for revenue growth against targeted growth.
? Upselling and cross-selling revenue growth on existing business.
? Draw up comprehensive sales plans and forecasts.

Existing Client Engagement:

? Conduct regular customer visits to maintain good relationships.
? Manage customer expectations.
? Develop an understanding of customer requirements.
? Monitor after sales services and support.
? Ensure appropriate handover to client engagement team after successful sale.
? Ensure learner registration in line with expectation.

Pipeline Management:

? Identify prospects and prioritise activities with key prospects.
? Prepare and control budgets / forecast / sales pipeline.
? Restrict and control sales pipeline leakage.
? Prepare an appropriate sales approach for different audiences, including presentations and discussions.
? Monitor the conversion process with adequate communication and feedback to potential clients.
? Convert sales leads within reasonable time and in line with sales targets.

Continues Development:

? Understand all products available in the company offering.
? Continuously provide team members with relevant market and product related information.

Budgeting, Reporting and Admin:

? Ensure complete, accurate and punctual reporting to head office on sales targets, budgets, conversion ratios and other relevant reporting requirements.
? Ensure continuous updating of applicable sales software with recent information, activities and actions.
? Ensure that the CRM is an accurate reflection of pipeline status.
? Secure reliable business intelligence relevant to new business opportunities and provide feedback at weekly sales meetings.

Events Planning and Coordination:

? Plan and coordinate events within a given budget.
? Work within the guidelines provided by Marketing.
? Monitor and report on event successes and propose possible future improvements.

Google Suite (desirable)
Knowledge of Education environment (desirable)
Education:

Matric
Relevant Diploma or Certificate
3 - 5 years experience
Other:

Fluent in English and Afrikaans
Valid driver's license and road worthy vehicle
Flexibility to work between 07:00 and 18:00 on weekdays
Availability to attend events on weekends and after hours with sufficient notice
