RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Sell the Business Value of IFS Solutions to C-level Exec within the customer
• Sell Solutions and services within (designate Industries sector)
• Meet and exceed annual revenue targets for new business as agreed to for each financial year
• Build a strong pipeline representing a minimum of 2.5 times the required target
• Identify and develop both direct and indirect sales campaigns
• Evaluation of customer’s business needs, driving strategic planning of information systems facilities and software directions
• Own and Maintain Account Plans for Key Customers
• Align and adopt Sales Processes and methodologies of IFS
• Together with the Consulting Manager, design and develop solutions for major tenders and major sales opportunities and partners
• Provide territory management activities such as sales call reports, normal territory analysis, updating the sales and marketing database, timely forecast and expense reporting and territory insight
• Responsible for the promotion, prospect development and customer satisfaction in the assigned territory
• Updating of the sales and marketing database, timely forecast and expense reporting
• Lead generation, prospect development and qualification of opportunities
• Arrange and conduct high-level product demonstrations with Pre-Sales
• Maintain call rates with established customers in an assigned territory, to defend those accounts from competitors’ activities
• Negotiate price and volume discounts within well-defined IFS schedules and guidelines
• Identify and understand opportunities and provide a solution based on business requirements
• Monitor and report competitors’ sales activities in the territory
• Identify and qualify opportunities within territory
• Understand and calculate return on investment for the solutions that the potential client is looking to purchase
• Communicate the business case at CIO level / board level
• Present to senior management and board level (where required)
• Drive marketing of IFS Solutions and services
• Compile Tenders and Proposals
• Bid manager, review and improve current processes
• Development of a Strategic Sales Plan for each fiscal year

This role will mainly be measured mainly on License revenue generation

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :

• At least 5 years (designate Industries sector) Applications sales experience preferred
• Proven track record – Sales target achievements
• Technical / Functional ERP consulting experience advantageous
