This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious person to manage a highly sophisticated and automated plastic recycling plant. You will need to run this plant as a business, managing all aspects of shifts, labour, materials, inventory and productivity. Knowledge of HDPE, LDPE, PET and PP is preferable. You must have at least 3 years Plant Manager experience in manufacturing with excellent people skills to manage the growth of the company as well as interact with R&D, Engineering, Maintenance, Upper management and general staff.
