Account Manager / Account Executive

Location: Westville, Durban
Salary: Up to R20kpm negotiable

Requirements:
Account Management experience
Digital/Online experience
Excellent communication skills in English - written and verbal
Good interpersonal skills, organised, excellent time management skills
Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) (Expert).
Advantageous:
Working knowledge of basic Internet technologies (HTML, CSS)
Microsoft Project.

Duties:
Managing communication between the client and the design/development teams.
Assisting the creation of client proposals/cost estimates as part of the sales pitching process
Responsibility for multiple clients, retention and care
Deployment & management of Internal Team Tasks & Jobs
Proactively up-selling additional digital services to your clients
Ensure all client jobs are in place, client invoices are prepared and that pricing is captured correctly
Communicate client feedback in a positive manner with fellow employees & ensure tasks are completed in time
