Job Summary

Spear heading the Recruitment Division at DLK Group
Attaining & Achieving sales targets
Keep updated with clients personal requirements
Build and maintain relationships with sub-contractors & clients
New business development

Administration duties
Bidding on Tenders & completion of tender documents
Be responsible for assisting in the preparation of the Recruitment division’s sales forecasts
and plans
Responsible for attaining and achieving sales targets
Monitor budget achievement
Keep updated with clients’ personnel requirements
Maintain a sufficient client and candidate database
Build and maintain client and candidate relations
Prepare information for and attend weekly and monthly staff meetings
Undertake promotional and marketing work for the Company
Advise in the procurement and placement of staff at clients of DLK
Sourcing potential clients
Conducting Interviews
Answer enquiries from employers and job seekers about the consultancy's services and
provide information on current job vacancies
Complete any relevant documentation
Administration duties, completion of tender documents
Negotiating contracts
Headhunting
Interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies at client companies
Screening candidates and drawing up shortlists of candidates for clients to interview
Organizing interviews and selection events
Making arrangements for the advertisement of vacancies
Helping applicants to prepare for interviews
