Account Manager – Renewable and Standby Power Sales

Highly energetic, self motivated sales person is required to join established Sales Team in Cape Town. The successful applicant will be required to enhance and grow an established account base in UPS, Generator and Solar PV hardware and services.

You will be required to:

• Identify and qualify targeted customers
• Telephonic prospecting and cold calling new accounts
• Participating in market campaigns and product promotions
• Building relationships with a diverse customer set
• Display a resolute attitude and a professional approach to meeting objectives
• Competently manage the complete sales cycle in order to achieve and exceed sales targets

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years previous experience meeting/exceeding sales targets in account management and/or technical sales.
• Well presented with an ability to communicate clearly and confidently telephonically
• Computer literacy and basic typing skills
• Ability to adapt to and effectively use company’s CRM system
• Energetic, tenacious and aggressive approach to sales
• Technical aptitude or background would be an advantage
