Key responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

? Implement the account strategy for the assigned product portfolios within each assigned client key accounts within the assigned territories
? Identify new possible sales opportunities within the existing clients(new product or channel filling opportunities) within the assigned territories
? Provide excellent customer service to the assigned clients within the territory
? Engage customers on a continuous level with a view to influence business requirements and growth opportunities
? Work closely with Key Account Managers for the respective key account to ensure that national KA strategies are implemented at individual customer level
? Implement the relevant promotional activities in collaboration with the relevant internal stakeholders for appropriate action/ response
? Provide accurate feedback when addressing the customer queries and complaints
? Monitor market movements and trends within the territory and provide feedback to the relevant stakeholders to ensure that relevant action plan / responses are developed
? Provide accurate sales input regarding customers within the assigned territory to the relevant stakeholders for tender processes and pricing negotiations
? Input accurate reporting into Salesforce in accordance with relevant SOP to provide internal stakeholders with the required business information
? Attend and present Roche at specific customer functions in order to further build customer relationships
? Participate in GLOBAL and EMEA working groups providing account management learnings and drawing from learnings from the group

The successful candidate should be in possession of:
? National Diploma in Medical sciences or equivalent
? Min of three years work experience in medical / diagnostics
? Min of 8 years (5years commercial ) experience
Ideally:
1) At least 10 years IVD/medical/lab experience
2) Preferably has a proven successful sales track record
3) Has experience and relationships with NHLS and PathCare in
4) So much more a clinical routine Lab person
