Compuscan, based in Stellenbosch, has a position available for an Account Manager to head up our Lesotho branch:

Key Requirements:
• NQF Level 4 –Matric (Grade 12)
• Relevant tertiary qualification advantageous
• 2- 3 years proven sales experience
• 100% Bilingual (English fluent + another language)
• 2- 3 years proven Customer Service, Training, IT problem solving & Sales
• Driver’s License

• Knowledge of Credit Industry (Advantageous)
• Strong Leadership Qualities with exceptional People skills
• Excellent Sales Ability
• Outstanding Communication Skills
• Exceptional Organisational Skills
• Excellent facilitation skills
• Outstanding Administration Skills
• PC Hardware & Operating Systems (set up, troubleshooting & operation)
• Expert knowledge in the Company, its products, clients & services as well as the industry.
• Expert knowledge of Credit Management

Key Performance Areas:

• To generate & maintain growth curve of company
• Ensuring superior customer service is offered at all times to all clients
• Promptly identify and resolve problems that directly impact on the client / Compuscan relationship
• Aggressively drive market share growth and revenue. Identify areas of opportunity where Compuscan has the ability to build market share and cross/up sell opportunities
• Create awareness of CS products and how to utilise it correctly
• Achieve/exceed set targets and objectives through the successful implementation of core and value add solutions.
• Producing monthly reports
