Account Manager

Location: Umhlanga, KZN
Salary: Negotiable basic plus Medical Aid, Gap Cover, Investment benefit

Requirements:
Minimum Matric
Tertiary Diploma or Degree in Marketing is advantageous
Minimum of 3 – 4 years' sales/account management experience
Dealing with clients at a management level
Knowledge and understanding of FMCG industry advantageous
Brand management
Retail/merchandising
Digital media advantageous
Computer literate on MS Office
Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle

Duties:
Present, negotiate, and sell strategically to achieve sales targets
Serve as a strategic advisor to clients
Proactively keep abreast of clients' marketing plans, and provide solutions
Ensuring that client needs and requirements are understood, interpreted and communicated accurately and that their expectations are managed always
Build and maintain strong strategic partnerships with clients by building relationships through regular contact (meetings, email and phone)
Ensure high standard of customer service always
Campaign administration of proposals and contracts
Campaign implementation, management and feedback to clients
Source, develop, and manage new clients
