Account Manager – Financial Industry - E Commerce / Payment Solutions Provider Century City Cape Town

Our client an E commerce Industry leader / Payment Solutions Provider (PSP) in Century City, Cape Town is currently looking for an Account Manager in Cape Town to sell and build relationships with new and existing clients regarding E Commerce Payment Solutions Provider Products.

Salary: R15 000 to R17 000 per month

Minimum Requirements:
• Matric, Qualification will be an advantage
• 2-3 Years’ experience as account manager working in the Financial Industry, E Commerce or Payment solutions provider industry.
• Knowledge with different e-commerce / financial products would be an added advantage
• Experienced in Market trends, relationship development, maintenance of accounts
• Excellent Sales Skills / Excellent Financial Abilities

Duties include, but are not limited to:
• To use an existing network of industry contacts to generate new business, and meet set targets
• Sourcing of New Clients – receiving incoming calls for sales and leads to generate new business
• Cold calling for new business (Build a database of new clients through networking and calling upon new customers for business.
• Build and Grow Existing relationships with customers
• Phoning new clients for possible sales and leads
• Registering, vetting and dealing with New and Existing accounts – Administration thereof
• Working closely with other departments like Customer Services, Integrations and Sales Department
• Vetting of new clients for approval or declines (FICA, credit checks)
• Manages and resolving all customers queries and complaints – accurate and professionally
