As the Account Manager in Johannesburg you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the account and supporting team, ensuring good communication with talents and within the team. This job will be perfect for a self-starter who is comfortable with data

Your job responsibilities as the Account Manager in Johannesburg will include:

- Responsible for managing materials – from order through adaptation to delivery
- Assigning tasks to talents and creating delivery plans
- Managing talent’s workload and continuous deliveries of materials
- Making sure talents adhere to the workflow
- Updating and maintaining guidelines and making sure talents always have the latest version
- Updating and maintaining status sheets and internal trackers
- Helping organise, attending (if required) and minuting internal team and client meetings
- Responding to information requests from the SAM/AD
- Collating any information needed for input to client reports and presentations
- Providing any additional administrative support to team as required

Account Manager job requirements:

- Great attention to detail
- Exceptional spelling skills
- Computer literate e.g. MS Office (especially MS Excel)
- Fluent oral and written English essential
- Good interpersonal skills
- Please note that this is a 6 month contract with the opportunity to go permanent
