Our Client, a well established Engineering Business involved with Wireless and Satellite Networks who is looking to appoint an Account Manager to join their successful team as soon as possible.

Will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of assigned customers
Connection with Key Business Executives and Stakeholders and liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs

Key Duties / Responsibilities;

Establishing and managing customer accounts and building relationships with key contacts
Liaise and co-ordinate with the Internal team to ensure incoming orders are fulfilled effectively
Provide reports in monthly meetings with Internal stakeholders about performance on assigned accounts
Investigating and resolving queries and issues raised by clients on assigned accounts
Taking a proactive approach to account development and customer by base extension
Arranging meetings with all relevant decision-makers within the assigned customer base
Proactively seek ways to broaden customer base

Must have own reliable transport
Must have grade 12
Must have a minimum of 5 years in sales with a proven track record
Industry /related experience is essential / Not negotiable. Hardware and software distribution for Unified communications, VoIP, Skype for Business, SIP Trunking

Salary plus commission plus Travel allowance plus Cell (Call and Data allowance)
